                                                             i.      Fill out the downloaded spreadsheet (Order Form)

                                                          ii.      Save it as a different name

                                                        iii.      Email your order form to amp_dog@soundcanine.com

                                                        iv.      At that time you may send payment online via Paypal or send a check or money order via the United States Postal Service, or other courier.

                                                             i.      Fill out the downloaded spreadsheet (Order Form)

1.    You may either fill it out on your PC in Microsoft Excel or print the Excel Spreadsheet and fill it out by hand.

                                                          ii.      Print the order form and prepare to mail it. See below for mailing address.

                                                        iii.      At that time you may send payment online via Paypal or send a check or money order via the United States Postal Service, or other courier.
